Dangerous goods containers must provide true CLASS, UNNO, detailed product name, dangerous goods declaration form and packaging certificate. If there is any concealment, omission, or discrepancy between the goods and the actual goods, once it is found, Party A shall pay a penalty of USD100,000/UNIT. And pay it within 7 days after Party B's notification.

If the concealed, omission or misreported goods are non-dangerous goods, Party A shall pay a penalty of USD100,000/UNIT and bear all risks, responsibilities and all loss compensation costs arising therefrom. And pay it within 7 days after Party B's notification.
If there is any concealment, omission or misreporting of goods, upon notification by Party B, Party A must immediately pay USD 100,000/UNIT as a deposit. The relevant deposit will be used for subsequent expenses such as container damage, overdue fees during detention (overdue fees involving concealment must be calculated at 3 times), terminal fees, relevant handling fees of local customs, etc., as well as all risks, responsibilities and all loss compensation costs arising from safety accidents. If there is a shortfall in the amount, it must be supplemented. And pay it within 7 days after Party B notifies you.
